tokiGig is built on a simple principle: your data is yours. We collect only what we need to run the product, we don't sell it, and we don't share it with advertisers. This policy explains exactly what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

Who we are

tokiGig LLC is a technology company based in Texas. We operate tokigig.com and the tokiScan product — an AI visibility analysis tool for small and medium-sized businesses.

What we collect

Information you give us

  • Email address — when you run a tokiScan report or sign up for updates. We use this to send you your report results and, if you opt in, product updates.
  • Website URL — when you submit a site for scanning. We use this to run the AI visibility analysis and return your results.

Information we collect automatically

  • Usage data — pages visited, features used, time on site, and interactions within the product. We use this to understand how the product is being used and improve it.
  • Technical data — browser type, device type, operating system, and IP address. We use this for security, debugging, and product performance.
  • Scan data — when you submit a URL for scanning, we crawl publicly accessible pages of that site to generate your AI Trust Report. We do not store the full content of your site — only the signals and scores we compute from it.

What we do not collect

  • We do not collect payment card data directly — payments are processed by Stripe, which has its own privacy policy.
  • We do not collect social security numbers, government IDs, or sensitive personal information.
  • We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell data to advertisers.

How we use your data

  • To deliver the product — running your scan, computing your AI Trust Score, and returning your report.
  • To communicate with you — sending your report results, responding to support requests, and sending product updates if you've opted in.
  • To improve the product — understanding usage patterns, diagnosing errors, and making tokiScan more accurate and useful.
  • To protect the platform — detecting abuse, fraud, and security threats.

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not sell your data to anyone.

How we store and protect your data

Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure in the United States. We use industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.

We retain your scan data and email address for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion at any time (see Your Rights below).

Third parties

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate tokiGig:

  • Stripe — payment processing. Stripe handles all payment card data. We never see or store your card number. Stripe Privacy Policy →
  • Google Cloud Platform / Firebase — infrastructure, hosting, and authentication. Google Privacy Policy →
  • GitHub — source code and deployment infrastructure. Not involved in user data handling.

We may use analytics and campaign tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand how people find and use tokiGig. This data helps us improve the product and measure marketing effectiveness.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies necessary to operate the site — session management and authentication state. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Some features of the product may not work without session cookies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights including:

  • Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Correction — request that we correct inaccurate data.
  • Deletion — request that we delete your data. We'll honor this within 30 days except where we're legally required to retain it.
  • Opt-out — unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email we send.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@tokigig.com with your request. We'll respond within 30 days.

Children

tokiGig is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, contact us at privacy@tokigig.com and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of tokiGig after changes means you accept the updated policy.
